Eaton Corporation is seeking a Commercial Demand Planning Manager in Novara, Piemonte, Italy to support and improve the SIOP process across EMEA. You will translate market trends into aligned demand and supply inputs and collaborate with country leadership and cross‑functional teams to enhance forecast maturity and governance.

This is a hands-on, data-driven role with a clear impact on supply chain performance and business outcomes.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a complex, international, or matrixed organization.

• Support the monthly SIOP process and cadence.
• Collect, validate and analyze demand, supply, inventory and backlog data.
• Prepare standard reports, dashboards and materials for SIOP reviews.
• Ensure timely completion of SIOP actions and governance adherence.
• Improve country forecast maturity and consistency of market assumptions across EMEA.
• Bridge local market knowledge with regional SIOP governance to align planning inputs.
