Eaton Corporation in Genova, Liguria, Italy, is looking for a Commercial Demand Planning Manager to drive the SIOP process across EMEA. You will translate market trends into demand and supply assumptions and work with country leaders and cross-functional teams to improve forecast maturity and planning accuracy.

You will analyze demand, supply, inventory and backlog data, develop standard reports and dashboards for SIOP reviews, and ensure timely execution of actions within the governance

Competenze

• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in a complex, international, or matrixed organization.
• Experience supporting and improving SIOP processes and governance.

In this role you will support and improve Eaton's SIOP process across EMEA, translating market trends into aligned demand and supply assumptions. You’ll collaborate with country leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance forecast maturity and operational planning. You’ll act as a data-driven partner to translate growth plans into actionable planning inputs, shaping regional governance and long-term outlooks. This is a hands-on role with a clear impact on supply chain performance and business outcomes.

• Collect, validate and analyze demand, supply, inventory and backlog data
• Prepare standard reports, dashboards and materials for SIOP reviews
• Ensure timely completion of SIOP actions and governance adherence
• Improve country forecast maturity and consistency of market assumptions across EMEA
• Bridge local market knowledge with regional SIOP governance to align planning inputs
• Support 12- to 24-month demand outlooks and scenario planning
