Job summary

Inside Lvmh, Milano-based luxury fashion group, seeks a Collection Trainer to develop and deliver comprehensive training content for retail, wholesale and E.commerce. You will create engaging materials and drive storytelling-led programs that align with brand vision.

You will collaborate with merchandising, marketing and style teams, translate inspirations into training narratives, and continuously refine tools while managing a training calendar and sessions for multiple audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
• Experience in sales and training in luxury universe.
• Proven experience in content creation, training, or a similar role within the fashion or retail industry.
• Strong storytelling abilities and ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; pedagogical and creative.

Responsibilities

• Gather inspiration and key themes of new collections with merchandising and style teams to design training tools.
• Develop and produce engaging training materials (presentations, manuals, videos, digital content) for diverse audiences (retail, wholesale, E.commerce, Marketing Communication).
• Translate inspirations into narratives and training programs for retail staff to explain new collections, product features, and selling techniques.
• Share monthly focus training sessions for sales associates.
• Regular exchanges with sales associates on ongoing development and needs.
• Digitalize and publish training tools in the mobile learning application.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure accuracy and consistency of training content.
• Update and refine existing training materials based on feedback and evolving collection needs.
• Utilize storytelling to make training content memorable and impactful.
• Manage the training calendar and coordinate sessions for various teams.
• Assess training effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Maintain a repository of training materials and resources.
