Job summary

LVMH seeks an internship candidate for the Collection Merchandising team in Rome. You will support collection development and product lifecycle analysis, collaborating across teams to extract insights for future seasons.

You will learn merchandising processes in a luxury context, assisting with market tracking, trend identification, and seasonal briefs while developing strong analytical and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Business degree; a first experience or internship in the luxury/fashion industry is a plus.
• Fluency in Italian and English is required or highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep dives into market trends and competitors, creating dedicated reports.
• Contribute to seasonal brief strategy and assortment decisions.
• Assist with showroom activities during the buying campaign.
• Coordinate collection samples across involved functions.
• Support sustainability metrics across the collection lifecycle.
• Leverage digital tools to gain market insights and identify opportunities.
