LVMH Moët Hennessy - Louis Vuitton is seeking an Learning Manager to drive client experiences in luxury retail by training and coaching store teams. You will implement brand culture, product knowledge, and selling skills to support store growth and work cross-functionally with HR and corporate Learning teams.

You will stay hands-on on the shop floor to ensure adoption of training and measure improvements, while leading onboarding, coaching, and development plans across stores.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail training or development.
• Proven ability to lead training projects across multiple stores.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Train and coach store teams to embody Brand culture, values and products.
• Partner with Team and Store Managers to implement learning progression aligned with objectives.
• Lead in-store coaching to develop individuals and teams.
• Support Store Managers in building coaching skills and development paths for staff.
• Identify and nurture talent and create individual development plans.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback to Store Managers and HR.
• Ensure visibility and measure impact of training activities across stores.
• Collaborate with Corporate/EMEA on training projects and country-level delivery.
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires and coordinate with HR on staffing plans.
• Coordinate product training with Merchandising for launches and share best practices.
