Amazon in Milan is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to be the principal technical advisor for Enterprise Support customers. You will guide customers through incidents, trade-offs, and risk management while driving adoption of AWS services and best practices.

You will work with senior customers across industries, travel up to 10% as needed, and collaborate with Solutions Architects, Business Developers, and Sales Account Managers to deliver operational excellence.

Competenze

• Fluent in Italian and English (C1+).
• Experience in an operational role.
• Experience working with data analytics and using metrics to identify problems.

Mansioni

• Build solutions, provide technical guidance and advocate for the customer.
• Ensure AWS environments remain operational while reducing cost and complexity.
• Develop trusting relationships with customers and understand their business needs.
