AWS EMEA SARL (Italy Branch) invites applications for Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as the principal technical advisor to Enterprise customers in Italy. You will guide cloud adoption across compute, storage, databases, and serverless, while maintaining operational health and cost awareness.

The role requires strong Italian and English, +5 years in engineering/ops, and ability to travel as needed. Based in Milan, it offers growth in cloud leadership and mentorship opportunities.

Competenze

• Speak, write and read Italian and English at C1 level or above.
• Experience in an operational role.
• Experience with data analytics to identify problems or improve operations.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Build solutions, provide technical guidance and advocate for the customer.
• Ensure AWS environments remain healthy while reducing cost and complexity.
• Develop trusting relationships with customers and understand their business needs.
• Drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs and risk management.
• Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers.
