Amazon is hiring a Cloud Operations Architect, ES - EMEA South - Italy to join the AWS Enterprise Support TAM team. You will act as a principal technical advisor, guiding customers through AWS deployments and operational health, with travel up to 10%.

You will build solutions, drive incidents and risk discussions with executives, collaborate across Solutions Architects, Professional Services, and Sales teams, and mentor customers on best practices.

Competenze

Fluent in Italian and English (C1+).
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, statistics, IT or equivalent.

Mansioni

Build solutions, provide technical guidance and advocate for the customer.
Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy whilst reducing cost and complexity.
Develop trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges.
Drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
Consult with a range of partners from developers through to C-suite executives.
Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers.
Proactively find opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWS.
Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics, and pre-launch planning.
Solve problems as customers migrate workloads to the cloud.
Run workshops and training sessions to uplift customer capabilities.
