Zoomcar is seeking a Technical Account Manager for an office-based role 4 days a week in Rome or Milan. This position involves building long-term relationships as a primary technical advisor for key enterprise customers, ensuring their mission-critical environments are supported effectively.

The ideal candidate will leverage their deep understanding of customer needs to provide tailored technical support solutions, enhancing overall customer experience.

Competenze

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a technical support/post-sales role.
• Fortinet certification FCP, FCSS, FCX a distinct advantage.
• Fluency in Italian and business level English.

Mansioni

• Develop a deep understanding of customer business needs for technical support.
• Provide proactive guidance to optimize customer experience.
• Run advanced troubleshooting on Fortinet products.
• Drive timely resolutions for customer incidents.
• Manage customer communications until case closure.
