Fortinet is seeking a Technical Account Manager in Italy to serve as the primary technical advisor for key enterprise customers. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, providing tailored technical guidance, and driving timely resolutions of incidents while maintaining strong relationships.

You will work from Fortinet's offices in Rome or Milan, collaborating with R&D and cross-functional teams to optimize customer ROI and ensure healthy security environments.

Competenze

• 6+ years in a technical support/post-sales role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science/Engineering
• Fortinet certifications (FCP/FCSS/FCX) advantageous

Mansioni

• Develop deep understanding of customer business/technical needs to provide technical information and guidance
• Proactively guide customers with technical recommendations and best practices
• Run advanced troubleshooting on Fortinet products and reproduce environments in lab
• Take ownership of incidents to drive timely resolutions
• Manage customer communications until case closure
• Participate in customer conference calls or meetings
• Produce service reports summarizing activity and performance
• Report software/hardware issues to R&D and ensure follow-up
