Qualifications

• Experience as a CTA or in another entry-level role within a major CRO (e.g., ICON, PPD, IQVIA, Syneos Health).
• Strong Excel skills with trackers, formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
• Interest in leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and processes.
• Strong English communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Comfortable working in a client-facing environment.
• Motivated to develop toward a Project Manager career path.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, setup, execution, and close-out of clinical studies, ensuring timelines and regulatory requirements are met.
• Maintain study documentation and CTMS records, contact lists, trackers, logs, and study files.
• Provide administrative support to Project Managers, Clinical Research Managers, and CRAs.
• Coordinate study communications, meetings, agendas, minutes, presentations, and newsletters.
• Assist with vendor management, investigator payments, invoice tracking, and financial reconciliation.
• Support regulatory submissions, audits, inspections, and translation processes.
• Coordinate study logistics, supplies, and investigator meeting activities.
• Act as a central point of contact for study teams and sponsors to foster collaboration.
