Job summary

TFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-size CRO. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our CDS Ophthalmology team in a home-based role in the EU, planning and proactively managing multidisciplinary study teams to achieve milestones, budgets and quality standards.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, liaise with clients and stakeholders, monitor performance and finances, and mentor junior PMs. A strong CRO/regulatory background and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or similar.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management (ideally within clinical research / CRO environment).
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial regulations (e.g., ICH-GCP).
• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Financial and budget management experience.
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders

• Report progress and elevate issues where needed
• Support business development activities, including proposals and bid defenses

About this role

As part of our CDS Ophthalmology teams you will be working alongside passionate and innovative professionals to ensure our customers achieve their goals.

The Project Manager will plan and pro-actively manage multidisciplinary study teams (including Site Management, Data Management, Statistics, Medical Writing, Regulatory and Safety) to ensure key milestones are achieved and studies are performed within budget, on schedule and in compliance with the appropriate - and quality standards.
