Job summary

TFS HealthScience is seeking a Project Management Associate to join the study team and provide administrative support to the Project Manager within the assigned therapeutic unit. You will help plan, set up, execute, and close‑out clinical studies, maintain study documents and CTMS records, coordinate meetings, and assist with vendor management, payments, and regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• Experience with entry-level roles in a major CRO (e.g., CTA) or similar
• Motivated and eager to develop and grow professionally
• Interest in progressing toward a Project Manager career in the long term

Responsibilities

• Support planning, setup, execution, and close-out of clinical studies, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements are met
• Maintain study documentation, CTMS records, contact lists, trackers, logs, and study files
• Provide administrative and operational support to Project Managers, Clinical Research Managers, and CRAs
• Coordinate study communications, meetings, agendas, minutes, presentations, and newsletters
• Assist with vendor management, investigator payments, invoice tracking, and financial reconciliation
• Support regulatory submissions, audits, inspections, and document translation processes
• Coordinate study logistics, supplies, and investigator meeting activities
• Act as a central point of contact for study teams and sponsors, fostering effective collaboration and communication
