We’re looking for a Client Success Manager to join our team and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue expanding in Italy.

Founded by two ex‑Googlers in 2014, we’ve grown to over 700 Seedtaggers across 17 countries and raised €250M to revolutionise digital advertising.

Your Challenge
  • Revenue Growth & Retention: Partner with local Sales leaders to identify growth opportunities, secure renewals, and encourage additional investment from clients.

  • Operational Excellence & Execution: Ensure premium service delivery by implementing and optimizing local client success processes, SLAs, and KPIs aligned with regional standards.

  • Strategic Account Management: Serve as the senior contact for major clients and agencies in Italy, aligning their business goals with Seedtag’s solutions.

  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Operations, Product, and other internal teams to streamline execution and proactively meet client needs.

  • Data‑Driven Insights & Reporting: Oversee client performance reporting and provide strategic recommendations to improve results and media effectiveness.

  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Stay up to date with advertising trends, competitors, and evolving client needs in the Italian market to strengthen Seedtag’s position.

  • Advocacy & Thought Leadership: Represent Seedtag in client meetings, industry events, and forums in Italy, championing our contextual advertising approach.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • 3‑5+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a similar role within AdTech, Digital Media, or MarTech.

  • Proven track record in leading and scaling Client Success teams in a dynamic, high‑growth environment.

  • In‑depth knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, programmatic buying, and media agencies in Italy.

  • Strong record in client retention, revenue growth, and operational improvements.

  • Ability to manage executive‑level relationships and influence senior decision‑makers.

  • Strategic, data‑driven mindset with a solutions‑oriented approach.

  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.

  • Familiarity with the Italian advertising landscape, client expectations, and regulatory context.

  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, and business intelligence platforms is a plus.
