Job summary

Sheraton Milan San Siro is seeking a Chef de Rang to join our F&B team. The role rotates across restaurant services, supporting the team to deliver excellent quality and efficient service.

Key duties include greeting guests, taking orders, providing table and room service, handling phone orders, assisting with payments, and maintaining HACCP-compliant standards. English and Italian proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Strong customer service and team collaboration skills.
• Experience in hospitality or food & beverage operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staff rotation across restaurant outlets and room service to ensure high quality service.
• Greet guests, take orders, and serve efficiently at the table.
• Assist with phone orders and reservations; handle payments per policy.
• Study menus and recipes; replicate dishes accurately as directed by the Executive Chef.
• Manage stock for service materials and coordinate with Supervisors.
• Supervise commis chefs and any extra staff; support team operations.
• Ensure HACCP guidelines and food safety standards are followed.
• Contribute to a smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
