Mandarin Oriental, Milan within the Set a Restaurant by Antonio Guida invites a Chef de Rang to join its luxury dining team. Based at the hotel’s central Milan location, you will deliver impeccable service at all times to guests under the Restaurant Manager.

You will provide professional service, maintain HACCP hygiene, support events, and ensure smooth operation at your station, speaking English and Italian.

Competenze

• Speak, read and communicate in English and Italian.
• Experience in food & beverage, ideally in a high-end luxury establishment.
• Guest-focused with attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Provide professional advice and care to guests.
• Serve food and drinks in a professional manner.
• Ensure smooth work processes at your station and maintain quality standards.
• Provide the required mise en place for service.
• Support restaurant management in daily tasks.
• Assist with preparation and execution of special events.
