Mandarin Oriental, Milan invites applications for a Chef de Rang to join the Mandarin Garden team in Milan. Based at the hotel near La Scala, you will deliver impeccable service at all times to guests as part of a luxury dining experience under the direction of the Mandarin Garden Director.

You will speak English and Italian, have previous experience in a high-end Food & Beverage environment, and be guest-focused with excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional advice and care to guests.
• Serve food and drinks professionally.
• Maintain smooth station workflow per standards.
• Prepare mise en place as required.
• Support restaurant management daily tasks.
• Assist with events preparation and execution.
• Ensure HACCP hygiene compliance.
