Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Lombardy, Italy is seeking a Chef de Rang to join its F&B team. The associate will rotate across restaurant services to gain a comprehensive view of operations and actively support the team to ensure quality and efficiency.

Key duties include greeting guests, taking orders, room service, handling payments, mastering menus, stock management, supervising staff, and upholding HACCP hygiene and safety standards. English and Italian proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• English and Italian proficiency required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• HACCP certification preferred.
• 1 year related work experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests, take orders, and provide table service.
• Support service team to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Know outlets and menus, study recipes from Executive Chef.
• Manage stock and inform supervisors.
• Supervise commis chefs and extra staff.
• Maintain HACCP hygiene and safety standards.
• Assist managers with other operational tasks as needed.
