• Minimum two years culinary or related work experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.

Aufgaben

• Be part of the opening team.
• Prepare food items according to guest orders and standards; complete mise en place for service.
• Train, supervise and motivate kitchen staff to meet quality and safety standards.
• Operate, maintain and clean kitchen equipment as required.
• Date and rotate perishables; monitor stock, portions, and food cost control.
