Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is looking for a passionate Commis de Partie to join our culinary team. In this role, you will help create exceptional dining experiences by preparing high-quality dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, while upholding the highest standards that define Four Seasons.

The position is at the D1 level with a starting gross annual salary aligned to the contract's minimum standards and growth based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or culinary role.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation, maintenance, and cleaning.
• Knife skills and ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Italian; English advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Set up and maintain assigned kitchen stations.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor food quality, stock levels and proper storage procedures.
• Minimize food waste and support cost-control initiatives.
• Assist with food preparation and cleaning across kitchen areas as needed.
