Job summary

Casa Tua, partnered with Hotel La Palma in Capri, seeks a Chef de Partie to join the partner company’s Kitchen Department. You will coordinate the preparation of dishes within your section and uphold high culinary standards with strong organization.

Ideal candidates will guide kitchen staff, ensure ingredient quality, and maintain cleanliness and safety across operations while collaborating with the Executive Chef for consistent presentations.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating kitchen sections and staff.
• Knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate the work of cooks and subordinates in your section.
• Ensure directives from the Executive Chef are followed and quality is maintained.
• Support kitchen operations during busy service and maintain hygiene standards.
