Job summary

Hotel La Palma in Capri, managed by Oetker Hotel Management Company GmbH, invites a skilled Commis de Partie to join Casa Tua’s distinctive dining group. You will support dish preparation, ensure high culinary standards, and uphold HACCP practices within a dynamic brigade.

You will contribute to quality, presentation, and teamwork while assisting with stock and daily kitchen operations in a luxury setting on Capri.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing and presenting dishes in a high-standard kitchen.
• Ability to support the Chef de Partie and maintain quality and consistency.
• Proven commitment to cleanliness, safety, and HACCP procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and service within your section.
• Ensure accurate execution of the Chef de Partie’s instructions.
• Control quality of food items and select ingredients.
• Support stock management and inventory controls.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in your area.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team during busy service periods.
