Vodafone is seeking a 2nd level support specialist for the Italy Services Operation team to ensure reactive and preventive maintenance of the online charging solution. You will coordinate with 1st Line Operations, perform data configuration, software rollout and vendor interactions to sustain service continuity.

The role requires a university degree in electronics/telecom IT and at least 2 years in telecom, with English and Italian language skills.

Competenze

• University degree in Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology.
• Min. 2 years of Telecommunications experience in a similar position.
• Hands-on experience with Telco Service components; scripting desirable.

Mansioni

• Troubleshoot incidents with repair actions and vendor escalation.
• Proactive maintenance and network optimization.
• Resolve customer complaints within SLA with tracing and debugging.
• Analyze traffic and end-to-end service trends.
• Share knowledge to raise technical skills across teams.

• Onboard and implement service requests ensuring QoS.
