Vodafone Group Plc in Italy is seeking a 2nd level support specialist for the online charging solution. You will perform troubleshooting, proactive maintenance, and coordination with vendor and engineering teams to ensure service continuity.

The role emphasizes problem-solving across 2G/4G/5G networks, telco components, and modern service platforms, with a focus on meeting KPIs and maintaining high reliability.

Competenze

• University degree required in Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology.
• Minimum 2 years of telecoms experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Telco Service components.
• Scripting knowledge desirable (Linux, Python, Ansible).
• Database knowledge with Arrowspike desirable.

Mansioni

• In case of incident, perform troubleshooting analysis and repair actions, including vendor escalation, to restore service.
• Perform proactive maintenance to prevent incidents and optimize network health.
• Resolve customer complaints within SLA; analyze traces and service trends.
• Share knowledge to upskill teams and manage new technologies.
• Plan and upgrade Service platform components with zero regression.
