Job summary
Hotel La Palma invites you to join its concierge team on Capri, delivering personalized guest service from arrival through departure. Qualifications

- Demonstrated discretion with VIP or celebrity guests.
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests and assist with luggage, providing clear information about hotel amenities and policies.
- Arrange private transfers, taxis, car or scooter rentals, yacht/boat charters, restaurant bookings and beach club reservations.
- Offer maps, directions, and insider tips for island experiences and activities.
- Coordinate spa appointments, special occasions, flowers, gifts, shopping assistance, and photography sessions.
- Assist with courier services, wake‑up calls, childcare arrangements, medical appointments, lost and found inquiries, and currency or banking guidance.
- Maintain detailed guest profiles and ensure seamless communication between hotel departments to fulfill guest requests.
