Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with professional, personalized service
• Manage reservations for restaurants, transfers, private tours, exclusive experiences, and island events
• Provide recommendations on local attractions, culture, and lifestyle
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and external partners to ensure top-level experiences
• Use Protel PMS for managing requests and bookings
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless, 5-star service
