Nikki Beach Lounge Bar Porto Cervo seeks an experienced Capo Barman to lead the bar team and oversee daily operations during the May–September season. You will supervise 11 staff across bar, floor, and kitchen, ensuring smooth service, consistency in quality, and a cohesive team dynamic.

The role requires at least 6 years behind the bar in high-end environments, with 2+ years in leadership. A strong focus on guest experience and staying under pressure is essential.

Competenze

• Minimum 6 years of experience behind the bar in high-end or fast-paced environments.
• At least 2 years of experience supervising or leading a team.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage service flow and maintain high standards under pressure.
• Must have the right to work in Italy full-time (we do not sponsor visas)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Capo Barman to lead the bar team and oversee daily operations. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards across all aspects of the operation, from preparation to service, while contributing to the overall guest experience and team performance.
