Job summary

Nikki Beach Cocktail Club in Porto Cervo is seeking a proactive Commis Runner to support our Cocktail Waiters and floor team during the busy season.

You will assist with set-up and closing, maintain cleanliness, and help ensure smooth back-of-house operations in a fast‑paced, high-end hospitality setting. Seasonal May 25th to Sept 10th, with accommodation and transport provided.

Opening Hours: 18:00 – 01:00
Contract: Italian CCNL Industria Turistica, D1 level

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Commis Runner to support our Cocktail Waiters and floor team. You will be essential in keeping the venue running smoothly, supporting service, assisting with set-up and closing, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the back-of-house operations run seamlessly.

This role is perfect for someone eager to gain experience in a fast-paced, high-end environment and to develop a deep understanding of premium hospitality operations.

Prerequisites

• Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Team player with a flexible, proactive approach
• Previous experience in hospitality is a plus but not required
• Must have the right to work in Italy full-time (we do not sponsor visas)
