Agilent Technologies Italia SpA is seeking a Customer Support Engineer (GC Instruments) to assist scientists in solving real-world problems with GC systems. You will receive comprehensive training and work hands-on with cutting-edge GC technology across Italy, with substantial on-site travel and customer interaction.

The role involves installation, maintenance, and training duties, along with collaboration across service, sales and product teams.

Competenze

• University degree in life science-related field.
• Proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel across Italy for on-site support.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Mansioni

• Install & maintain GC instruments on-site, including installations, preventive maintenance, upgrades, and repairs.
• Deliver training and guidance to customers to maximize GC system utilization.
• Collaborate with service managers, sales teams, and product specialists to meet customer needs.
• Maintain service documentation, scheduling, and reporting with accuracy.
• Provide field feedback to help improve products and services.
