Agilent Technologies in Italy is seeking a Customer Support Engineer (GC Instruments) to help scientists solve real-world problems using GC systems. You will receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience across laboratories.

You will install and maintain GC instruments on-site, deliver user training, collaborate with service managers, and manage documentation. Willingness to travel across Italy and strong English are required; a university degree in life sciences is preferred.

• Education: University degree in life science-related field.
• Languages: Proficiency English.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Other: Valid driving license.

Mansioni

• Install & Maintain GC Instruments: on-site installation, preventive maintenance, upgrades and repairs.
• Support Customers: training and guidance to optimize GC systems.
• Collaborate Across Teams: coordinate with service managers, sales and product specialists.
