Agilent Technologies Italy is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to work with GC instruments. You will receive comprehensive training and gain hands-on experience with advanced GC systems across laboratories in Italy.

You will install, maintain, and upgrade instruments, deliver customer training, and collaborate with service managers, sales teams and product specialists. A chemistry/life sciences degree and strong English are required, with up to 75% travel within Italy.

Competenze

• University degree in life sciences, chemistry or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Mansioni

• Install & Maintain GC Instruments: on-site installation, preventive maintenance, upgrades, and repairs.
• Support Customers: train users and guide them to maximize GC system use.
• Collaborate Across Teams: work with service managers, sales, and product specialists.
• Stay Organized: manage service documentation, scheduling and reporting with accuracy.
• Provide Feedback: share field insights to improve products and services.
