Sales Line Srl, a headhunting firm, is seeking a Business Development Manager for Italy & Europe within an international industrial technology group. You will identify and develop new customers, manage the full sales cycle, and drive sales for mixing and industrial sealing technologies across Italy and selected European markets.

The role requires 5+ years in technical sales or BD in industrial B2B, a hunter mentality, strong technical aptitude, and willingness to travel ~70% of the time.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of experience in Technical Sales or Business Development within industrial B2B markets.
• Hunter approach and strong technical aptitude are essential.
• Experience in process industries; mixers, sealing systems or rotating equipment is a plus.
• Willingness to travel about 70% of the time.

Our client is an international industrial technology group providing engineered equipment and solutions for process industries, with a strong presence in Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Water Treatment markets.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Business Development Manager responsible for developing new business for mixing and industrial sealing technologies, primarily in Italy and across selected European markets.

The mission is to generate new leads, acquire new customers and manage the full sales cycle, working closely with international technical and commercial teams.

Must have?

• At least 5 years of experience in Technical Sales or Business Development within industrial B2B markets, with a proven hunter approach and strong technical aptitude;
