Job summary

Montesol Experimental is seeking a Receptionist M/F to join our dynamic team. You will greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, handle currency exchange and invoicing, assist with bookings and concierge services, and coordinate with front desk operations.

Requirements include a minimum of 3 years in a similar role, fluent Italian and English, a strong service mindset, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; Opera knowledge is a plus for a high-end establishment.

Qualifications

• Strong service mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, team spirit, and initiative.
• Experience in hotel reception, ideally within a high-end establishment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Opera software is an advantage.
• Fluent in Italian and English; a third language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all guests as they arrive.
• Manage check-in/check-out, currency exchange, invoicing, accommodation, bookings, and concierge services.
• Respond to guest questions with personalised service.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Front Office Manager and other hotel departments.
