Randox is seeking a Biomedical Service Engineer based in Naples, Italy, to service Randox analysers in the field. The role involves installation, maintenance, and remote support, with extensive travel across Italy and some other European countries. Flat 40-hour week with flexibility.

The candidate should hold an engineering degree, be fluent in Italian and English, and possess a valid EU driving license, with the right to work in Italy.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent accredited apprenticeships.
• Fluent in Italian and English with strong communication skills.
• Willing to travel extensively within Italy and across Europe.
• Full EU driving license and right to work in Italy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Mansioni

• Routine servicing and preventative maintenance of Randox analysers in the field.
• Installation, commissioning and set-up of analyser equipment.
• Provide direct support to end users by telephone and email.
• Develop maintenance schedules and procedures for new products.
• Regular travel to customer sites for servicing and maintenance.
• Train Randox staff and end-user personnel in servicing procedures.
