Cross Border Talents is seeking a Remote Italian speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Athens-based team. You will deliver empathetic, timely support to a global user community, solving issues, enforcing guidelines, and escalating complex cases when needed.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly in Italian (C2) and English (B2), thrive in a fast-paced environment, and bring a proactive, analytics-minded mindset to improve workflows and user experience.

Competenze

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with clear, empathetic communication.
• Italian language proficiency at C2 and English at B2.
• Ability to analyze data and identify workflow improvements.
• Familiarity with community standards; training will be provided.

• Investigate and resolve user issues, including account support requests and reports of abusive content.
