Alstom is seeking a Head of Bid & Cost Management in Italy to lead tender cost delivery and quality commitments from bid initiation through tender transfer. The role collaborates with the Tender Leader and Project Manager to craft competitive proposals, manage budgets, and drive risk and opportunity reviews.

The ideal candidate will bring a Master’s degree in Engineering and a track record of managing high-stakes bids within Alstom, with strong financial, contractual, and leadership skills.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Engineering with +10 years in Project/Bid Management.
• Knowledge of ALSTOM processes including the “Golden Rules” and E&C compliance.
• Experience on several medium and highly critical bids within Alstom.

Mansioni

• Manage the Tender Quality Costs Delivery Performance (QCDP) commitment for bids, from appointment up to Tender Transfer Meeting (TTM).
• Deliver a winning proposal, with a defined scope, accurate QCDP commitments, in a timely manner and within the defined tender budget.
• Support the Project Manager in the preparation of the First Financial Project Review (FPR0) and the closure of any open actions assigned to bid management, following the TTM and the first project execution gate.
• Support the Tender Leader in the preparation of the for Win & Loss analysis.
