Alstom is seeking a Bid & Project Manager in Italy to support bid and project activities across diverse countries. You will coordinate bid formation, ensure contractual compliance, and work with procurement, technical and operational teams to optimize cash and margin while meeting deadlines.

You will contribute to defining efficient service structures, manage risks, and collaborate to drive successful outcomes in a multinational environment.

Competenze

• Experience in cross functional activities.
• Ability to deliver bid/project tasks to quality, time and cost.
• Solid understanding of internal governance procedures.
• Good technical understanding of complex systems and products.
• Knowledge of financial processes in long term projects.
• High and transparent communications skills.
• Strong sense of anticipation.
• Excellent knowledge of English is mandatory.

Mansioni

• Support Bid Managers to lead and secure delivery of complete bids in time and approved by each function.
• Coordinate parallel bid processes across different countries.
• Coordinate internal documentation, inputs for calculation and benchmark analysis.
• Prepare quarterly bid KPI reports.
• Coordinate tender clause-by-clause preparation.
• Coordinate technical offer preparation.
• Support Project Managers to secure contract management policies and activities.
• Manage running contracts across different countries to promote contractual compliance.
