Alstom, located in Rome, is seeking a Head of Bid & Cost Management to oversee the Tender Quality Costs Delivery Performance for bids. The ideal candidate will manage a team, deliver winning proposals, and support project management activities.

Applicants should have a Master’s degree in Engineering and at least 10 years of experience in Project/Bid Management, particularly in costing, planning, and risk management. Alstom values a sustainable and responsible approach to mobility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years experience in Project/Bid Management.
• Knowledge of Alstom processes, especially on 'Golden Rules' and E&C compliance.
• Experience with medium and critical bids is required.

Responsabilités

• Manage Tender Quality Costs Delivery Performance for bids.
• Deliver proposals with accurate commitments and within budget.
• Support Project Manager in Financial Project Reviews.
• Manage tender team and define operational strategy.
