Job summary

Alstom in Rome invites an experienced Head of Bid & Cost Management to lead the bid team for complex tenders within the S&I Italy organization. You will own QCDP commitments from tender appointment through to TTMs, shaping winning proposals with accurate budgets and defined scope.

You will partner with the Tender Leader and Project Manager, ensure compliance with Alstom standards, and drive timely reporting of bid activities, risks, and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering.
• +10 years of experience in Project/Bid Management with costing, planning and risk management.
• Knowledge of ALSTOM processes including the Golden Rules and E&C compliance.
• Successful experience on several medium and highly critical bids within Alstom.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid management to ensure QCDP commitments from appointment to TTM.
• Deliver winning proposals within defined tender budgets.
• Support PM in FPR0 preparation and closing actions after TTM.
• Support Tender Leader in Win/Loss analyses.
