Thales Alenia Space in Italy seeks a Bid Manager to coordinate bids with Marketing and Sales, set up bid plans and lead the bid team through the lifecycle.

You will ensure on-time, on-cost, and on-quality bid execution, prepare bid documentation, negotiate with customers, and transition the bid to the project phase, aligning with company strategy and policy. Permanent role with international exposure.

Competenze

• Master degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Fluent English; French knowledge is a plus.

Mansioni

• Be responsible for Bids in coordination with Marketing and Sales.
• Work with Sales/Marketing to prepare winning bids.
• Set up Bid Plan and Manage the Bid.
• Lead Bid activities and Bid Team through lifecycle.
• Define initial baseline per customer requirements and strategy.
• Ensure on-time, on-cost and on-quality bid execution.
• Prepare and review Bid/Offer Documentation.
• Contribute to customer negotiations and transition to project phase.
