Job summary

Sephora Italy in Rimini is seeking an experienced Specialist to actively manage and optimize store performance. You will lead a department, monitor KPIs, and ensure top-quality customer journeys across makeup, skincare, fragrance, and Sephora Collection.

You will train staff, resolve disputes, and coordinate with Trade & Communications to run in-store events and daily operations. A strong English level supports engaging with international teams and guests.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder).
• Knowledge of key commerce KPIs, and confidence in budget management, analysis, and daily reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor qualitative and quantitative KPIs (Recruitment, My Client, LoveMeter, Conversion Rate, Average ticket, Unit Per Ticket…) and Omnichannel services (Sephora+, Click & collect, App download).
• Monitor team performances (personal and store KPIs) and define corrective actions.
• Manage the department team and its performances, developing team members' skills and talents.
• Ensure quality standards of its own department (makeup, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection)
• Training on technical skills.
• Resolve any disputes.
• Develop team working spirit and animate every member of the team to achieve goals.
• Inform the team through briefing about current results and daily/monthly objectives.
• Guarantee the best Customer Journey ensuring guidelines respect.
• Monitor and share daily results with Store Manager and team.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures (regulations, safety) and commercial policies (prices, promotions, communication).
• Manage performances of In Store services (internal, external)
• Organize and plan the Booxi platform.
• Daily correspondence with Trade & Communication Department to coordinate activities and events in store
• Support Managers in daily activities, contribute to store's commercial and HR strategy.
• Manage the stockroom, maintain optimal stock levels according to replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
