Rosewood Rome is seeking an experienced Banqueting Manager - Events Operations Manager to lead all event operations, ensuring flawless execution from intimate gatherings to large-scale banquets. You will coordinate logistics, manage resources, and uphold luxury standards across multiple venues, while driving guest satisfaction and revenue growth.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and expertise in F&B, with English and Italian fluency.

Qualifikationen

• Hospitality education or degree in hospitality management, business or culinary arts.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Food safety, hygiene and alcohol service certifications as required by local regulations.

Aufgaben

• Ensure F&B activities align with hotel strategies and implement actions.
• Prepare and update departmental operation manuals and implement them in the hotel.
• Conduct regular briefings and ensure effective departmental meetings.
• Hold monthly meetings with all restaurants to share financial performance and objectives.
• Deliver a monthly P&L report with explanations for discrepancies to F&B leadership.
• Ensure associates meet Rosewood objectives and deliver exceptional guest service.
• Maintain brand standards and oversee service quality through inspections.
• Monitor back- and front-of-house cleanliness and organization.
