St. Regis Rome is seeking a Banqueting Maitre (temporary) to lead banquet service within the F&B team. You will read event orders, set up banquet areas, and ensure guest needs are met with a focus on safety and professionalism.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining cleanliness, and coordinating opening/closing tasks. The role requires awareness of company policies, excellent guest relations, and the ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years of related work experience in hospitality preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred.

Mansioni

• Read and analyze banquet event orders to determine setup and guest needs.
• Set up banquet area/room and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Monitor safety, cleanliness, and inventory; complete opening/closing duties and stock requisitions.
• Ensure staff teamwork, proper grooming, and professional appearance.
• Follow policies, protect assets, and respond to guest inquiries with courtesy.
• Open, run, and close daily operations; manage equipment and tools.
