Job summary

LuxExperience is seeking a talented Back Office Planner to join the wider Commercial department at YOOX in Zola Predosa, Bologna, Italy. This hybrid, 12-month fixed-term role reports into the Back Office & Planning Manager and starts November/December 2026.

You will manage Open to Buy, loading orders and supplier relations, and collaborate with Merchandising, Buying, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth purchasing, invoicing and product processing flows.

Qualifications

• University Degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent.
• A prior working experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset /quantitative skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel is mandatory).
• Problem solving and proactive attitude.
• Very strong relationship and communications skills.
• Attention to details, hard working and commitment.
• Good time management of projects and tasks, able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Strong ability to work under pressure.
• Good English level (B2 at least) and fluency in Italian

Responsibilities

• Management of Open to Buy, loading orders and updating the relevant systems.
• Management of the relationship with suppliers.
• Close cooperation with the Merchandising and Buying Team for oversight and analysis of purchasing campaigns and supplier portfolio.
• Close cooperation with Operations Inbound teams to address discrepancies between supplier documents and Navision's purchase orders.
• Support the Operations and Digital Production Team in the management of product processing flows.
• Close cooperation with the Finance & Administration teams to ensure a smooth flow between transport documents, invoices and payment management.
