Job summary

LuxExperience, Bologna-based hybrid employer, seeks a talented Business Analyst for the Retail Strategy & Planning team within Commercial. This fixed-term 12-month contract offers a starting gross base salary of 32,000 € per year, with final compensation varying by experience and qualifications.

Start date anticipated November/December 2026. Responsibilities include defining the commercial calendar, creating dashboards, and evaluating promotional initiatives to optimize sales and profitability

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in Business Analysis or equivalent analytical roles in corporate contexts, preferably retail.
• Excellent analytical skills and proactive mindset.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
• Good knowledge of English and Italian (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Support the definition and execution of the commercial calendar, including pricing strategies and promotional initiatives.
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor key business trends for actionable recommendations.
• Analyze data to identify risks and opportunities to optimize sales performance and profitability.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of major commercial initiatives and determine the most efficient global mix.
• Work with Product Planning to define a commercial plan for short and long-term targets.
• Oversee and ensure accurate execution of strategic initiatives to maximize business value.
