Cellmark in Milano, Italy, seeks a Sales Coordinator / Customer Service Representative to support existing business and serve as the main link between customers and suppliers. You will manage sales orders, delivery schedules, invoicing, credit limits, and payment follow-up, ensuring timely and accurate transaction information.

You will assist the sales team with order entry, inventory monitoring, and market insights, while coordinating with logistics and accounting to ensure smooth processes.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business, international sales, export, or related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant B2B experience.
• Fluent Italian and English; Spanish or French is a strong asset.

Mansioni

• Act as main contact between customers, suppliers, and contract manufacturers.
• Enter and monitor purchase, sales, and related data in the local IT system.
• Handle inquiries professionally and support Product Managers with inventory monitoring.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Support payment collection, credit limits, and payment recovery when needed.
• Coordinate with logistics providers and accounting to ensure efficient processes.
• Share market insights and opportunities gathered from customer contact.
• Assist sales team with related tasks and business development.
• Manage inventory and logistics from suppliers to customers.
• Provide back-up customer service and assist with other projects.
