Terumo Neuro in Milan is seeking a proactive Customer Service professional to join our dedicated team. You will manage inquiries, coordinate returns with European warehouse, and support sales reporting processes.

The role requires strong multitasking, detail orientation, and collaboration with global QA/CS teams to ensure timely follow-up and high-quality service. This hybrid role requires on-site presence three days per week in Milan and close collaboration with the European operations.

Competenze

• Previous experience in customer service or recent graduate in the field.
• Ability to multitask & prioritize.
• Detail-oriented & responsive.
• Experience in high-tech, pharma or medical device industry.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP.
• Experience supporting direct sales organizations.
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree.

Mansioni

• Manage returns (RGAs, complaints) with global CS & QA teams
• Coordinate product returns with European warehouse
• Handle inquiries & ensure timely follow up
• Prepare sales reports upon request
