Air Dolomiti in Verona is seeking a Field Support Agent on a fixed-term contract to remotely coordinate flight irregularities and support network operations. You will monitor cost considerations, ensure adherence to the Ground Operations Manual, and travel occasionally for short assignments.

Fluency in English, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and MS Office proficiency are essential. The role requires shift availability and a proactive customer-service mindset to handle disruptions

Competenze

• High school diploma or higher.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Analytic approach and problem solving.
• Good IT knowledge (MS Office).
• Motivated, open-minded, target oriented.
• Availability to work shifts.
• Willingness to travel frequently for short periods.
• Airport customer service and/or ramp dispatcher experience would be a plus.

Mansioni

• Remotely coordinate flights irregularities: cancellations, delays, diversions.
• Support to the airports of the Air Dolomiti network concerning the correct application of all company procedures (Ground Operations Manual).
• Monitoring of extra handling costs in order to implement cost-cutting measures during irregularity handling of Air Dolomiti flights.
