AIR DOLOMITI S.p.A. is seeking an organized Ground Operations Coordinator at Verona Villafranca to manage irregularities in Air Dolomiti flights, including cancellations, delays and diversions.

You will support airport partners in applying the Ground Operations procedures, monitor extra handling costs, and contribute to cost-saving measures during irregularity handling. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential.

| | | | --- | | Department: Ground Operations Report to: GOPH Location: Verona Villafranca Contract: fixed-term **Main Functions**: * Remotely coordination of Air Dolomiti flights irregularities: cancellations, delays, diversions. * Support to the airports of the Air Dolomiti network concerning the correct application of all company procedures (Ground Operations Manual). * Monitoring of extra handling costs in order to implement cost-cutting measures during irregularity handling of Air Dolomiti flights. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or higher * Fluent English (both written and spoken) * Social skills (teamwork, effective communication) * Analytic approach and problem solving * Good IT knowledge (MS Office) * Be motivated, open-minded, target oriented * Availability to work shifts * Willingness to travel frequently for short periods * Airport customer service and/or ramp dispatcher experience would be considered a plus | |
