Air Dolomiti, part of the Lufthansa Group, is seeking a Crew Coordination Officer in Verona to coordinate flight crew rosters and ensure regulatory compliance. You will balance safety, crew well-being, and operational efficiency within a fast-paced environment.

The role requires Italian and English communication, strong Excel and MS Office skills, and the ability to reorganize schedules under pressure. Flexibility for 24/7 shifts is essential.

Competenze

• At least 2 years' experience in crew coordination or similar role (preferred).
• Proficiency in Italian and English communication (verbal and written).
• IT skills with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to reorganize schedules to meet targets under pressure.
• Ability to work 24/7 shifts (Mon-Sun) and stay composed.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Checking crew legality in regard to duty time and crew qualification - ensuring every assignment is compliant.
• Resolving crew scheduling and rostering problems - finding solutions when challenges arise.
• Allocating duties to crew members in accordance with Flight Time Limitations (FTL) and collective agreement provisions.
• Arranging crew travel and hotel accommodation as necessary - ensuring our crews are well cared for.
• Maintaining crew records and other relevant information - accuracy is essential.
• Assisting Payroll with ad hoc crew pay changes and issues.
